case our products doesn't work properly, please contact us and make a clear
description about the problem, our Sales and Customer Technology Service
Engineers will check what happened. If it's caused by improper operation, we'll
help you to solve the problem without any delay.
In
case you receive a defective product, please contact us first and make a clear
description with photos. Once we confirm that the product is defective or
damage before you get it, we will take 100% responsibility for it. Please send
back the defective items with packaging and all accessories in good condition.
We'll arrange another shipment after receiving your return items. In case the
value of the product is less than freight cost, we'll arrange new shipment to
you directly.
We
afford ONE year warranty after the date of shipment. During this period, we
afford free service for any problem occured in normal operation. But please be
aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused by any abuse or
mishandling.
After
one year warranty, we still afford service with certain charge of labor cost
and material.
